HOW DOES THE
PERSON LEARN ABOUT THE DIFFERENT PERSONALITIES?
There may be
very different ways that multiples learn about all the personalities that
reside within themselves.
The alters may
- simply announce themselves out loud;
- start writing in a journal that they are there;

we kept hearing a personality’s name in our head
over and over for some time before we figured out that a “new” alter was
emerging and making themselves known
The
